Kirkland Signature Meatballs, Italian Style Beef
A super convenient product!

My favorite dinners at dwelling house are quick, piece of cake, convenient and full of poly peptide. I'm always looking for new protein options other than chicken and footing turkey which is what we normally eat. This is why I decided to buy the massive bag of Costco Kirkland Signature Italian Mode Fully Cooked Beefiness Meatballs.
Taste
These aren't as good as homemade meatballs and practise taste slightly candy just they're still quite tasty. They're soft and pretty moist on the inside and I didn't have whatsoever weird or difficult chunks in my meatballs that made me wonder what I was eating.
They do become a little crispy on the outside when cooked but I kind of like that so information technology doesn't bother me. The Costco Kirkland Signature Italian Fashion Beef Meatballs taste quite salty and are very seasoned with salt and spices. I really found them to taste spicy. Fifty-fifty my husband who loves heat and spice pointed out that these tasted a little spicy to him too.
This is disappointing because I feel like the spice makes the meatballs a piddling less versatile. I wanted to use these meatballs to make my mom's mushroom meatball recipe but I fear the spice wouldn't go well with the mushroom sauce. I enjoyed the gustatory modality of the meatballs merely wasn't exactly blown away.
Price
I originally didn't want to buy these considering I felt the cost was high, I decided to bite the bullet and pay the $24.99 Canadian for the meatballs (not on sale). This purse of meatballs is actually HUGE and will last us many meals.
When I consider how many meatballs I'thou getting and how many meals this will last for my married man and me, the price doesn't seem all that bad. I know I'grand definitely paying a piffling more for convenience but in my opinion, the toll is worth it and is quite reasonable.
Convenience
OHHH YES! I dear how convenient these are. I just microwaved these for pasta and they were perfectly cooked and delicious. Not dry, not shriveled up.
I'm not fifty-fifty going to consider trying to cook them the other methods the bag lists. Non merely is cooking these user-friendly, it'southward and so overnice to have a bag of these in your freezer for those times you need a quick meal and are lacking a protein.
You could use these in soups, pasta, with mashed potatoes, even in a casserole. I will say that if you don't take a deep freeze and only have a small freezer y'all might notice this giant purse takes upwardly much of your freezer.
Diet
These aren't gluten-gratuitous or dairy-costless. Five meatballs is 180 calories, 10 grams of fat, 14 grams of protein and 590 mg of sodium. These are definitely slightly loftier when it comes to the corporeality sodium.
If you decide to eat x meatballs you're looking at over 1000mg of sodium. If you're just eating five, the calories and fatty aren't bad. I'd dear it if in that location was but a tad more protein in five meatballs. A positive near the meatballs is the first ingredient listed is footing beef!
I would buy these again for convenience sake only non necessarily taste or diet, they're tasty plenty for me to want to get back to for easy, user-friendly dinners.
